Role Overview
Fresha is seeking an exceptional Brand/Multidisciplinary Designer to join its global business and Marketing team. This role involves working closely with the Product Design Team on brand, marketing, and communication design projects. What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and enhance the Fresha brand through high-quality design across social and email advertisements, print materials, and event spaces, supporting all marketing creative needs.
- Push the Fresha brand beyond its logo by delivering innovative and conceptual thinking for both internal and external communications.
- Collaborate closely with the design team and the Head of Brand & Content Marketing on creative ideas and campaign executions, aiming to achieve a strong internal profile and contribute impactful designs.
- Apply expert design skills to the visual elements of projects, co-creating, maintaining, and advancing design systems and patterns while championing modular design, usability, and accessibility.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards, acting as a custodian for consistent design and narrative.
- Take initiative from a brief, demonstrating confidence in design decisions and the ability to work autonomously.

What We Are Looking For
- Proactive self-starter capable of leading the design process from concept to execution with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience in creating high-performing assets for the full marketing spectrum, including social and email ads, print collateral, and physical brand touchpoints.
- Expertise in crafting visually engaging static and motion assets for paid social (Meta, YouTube, Google) that balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
- Flexibility and speed in working within an evolving brand identity, with the ability to iterate quickly.
- High proficiency in motion graphics for digital assets, making motion a core part of creative output.
- Strong organizational skills for managing large-scale, multi-market projects, including moodboarding, versioning, localization, and template creation.
- Keen awareness of social trends and culture, utilizing AI tools, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to innovate.
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively, fostering open communication and refining technical execution.
- Bonus: Experience in writing compelling ad copy to complement visual designs.

Interview Process
- Screening Call: 30-minute Google Meet with the Talent Team.
- 1st Stage: Design Task using Figma.
- Final Stage: In-person interview with the Head of Brand and Content Marketing, VP of Design, and Brand Design Lead (45-60 minutes).
The entire interview process is aimed to be completed with feedback delivered within 2 weeks. Applications are reviewed manually, and while assessment within 7 days is the goal, high interest may extend this timeframe.
