Role Overview

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Digital/Multidisciplinary Designer to join its global business and contribute to its ambitious growth plans. This role sits within the Marketing team, with close collaboration with the Product Design Team. The designer will be responsible for a variety of brand, marketing, and communication design projects. What You Will Be Doing

  • Branding: Develop and enhance the Fresha brand identity through high-quality design across social media and email advertisements, print materials, and event spaces, supporting all marketing creative needs.
  • Delivery: Contribute innovative and conceptual thinking to both internal and external facing outputs, extending the Fresha brand beyond its logo.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and the Head of Brand & Content Marketing on creative concepts and campaign execution, fostering a strong internal presence and contributing designs that benefit customers and the business.
  • Design: Apply expert design skills to the visual aspects of projects, co-creating and advancing design systems and patterns while championing modular design, usability, and accessibility.
  • Best Practices: Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards, ensuring consistent design and narrative across all outputs.
  • Intuition: Demonstrate the ability to take a brief and execute independently, with a strong capacity for autonomous decision-making in design.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Working Environment

To promote a collaborative atmosphere and facilitate teamwork, all Fresha employees are expected to work from the office five days a week.

What We Are Looking For

  • Creative Ownership & Autonomy: A proactive individual capable of independently managing the design process from concept to completion based on marketing briefs.
  • 360° Marketing Design: Demonstrated experience in creating top-tier assets for the entire marketing spectrum, including social and email ads, print collateral, and physical brand touchpoints like trade show booths.
  • Performance-Driven Craft: Expertise in producing visually compelling static and motion assets for paid social (Meta, YouTube, Google) that effectively blend brand storytelling with commercial objectives.
  • Adaptability & Iteration: Flexibility to work within an evolving brand identity, iterating quickly to accommodate brand growth in a fast-paced setting.
  • Motion Graphics: High proficiency in creating dynamic motion graphics to animate digital assets, integrating motion as a key component of creative output.
  • Production Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage large-scale, multi-market projects, including moodboarding, versioning, localization, and template creation.
  • Trend-Led Curiosity: A keen interest in staying current with social trends and culture, utilizing tools like AI, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to innovate.
  • Collaborative Resilience: An open-minded professional receptive to feedback and constructive criticism to enhance technical execution.
  • Bonus: Experience in crafting concise and effective ad copy to complement visual designs.

Interview Process

  • Screening Call: A 30-minute Google Meet with a Talent Team member.
  • 1st Stage: A design task using Figma.
  • Final Stage: An in-person interview with the Head of Brand and Content Marketing, VP of Design, and Brand Design Lead (45-60 minutes).

The entire interview process is targeted for completion and feedback within two weeks. All applications are manually reviewed, and while assessments are typically made within 7 days, high volumes may occasionally extend this timeframe.
