About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Events Coordinator to become a key member of our team at JEN by Shangri-La in Singapore. This role involves managing various administrative and operational tasks to support our department efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage both external and internal documentation related to events.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing inquiries and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain departmental filing and tracking systems to ensure organized record-keeping.
- Provide clerical assistance to senior management as required.
- Assist with hotel inspections and manage walk-in guest inquiries.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a genuine enthusiasm for supporting department operations.
- Enjoy engaging and interacting with people in a professional manner.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate effectively and write fluently in English.
- Hospitality-related work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
