F&B Support Expert

About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Support Expert to join their team in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services, aiming to create memorable and unique guest experiences. The position involves providing essential support to both guests and the culinary team, contributing to the overall success of the establishment. Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure seamless food and beverage operations.
• Assist in setting tables and supporting the kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and replenish supplies as needed.

• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Ensure professional appearance and communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
• No prior work experience is necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to read and understand menu information.

Eligibility

This role is open to individuals who meet the educational requirements and are capable of performing the physical demands of the job. Previous food and beverage experience is a plus but not mandatory.
