Role overview

Candidate profile
Applicants should already have, or complete before joining, a bachelor’s or master’s degree with strong academic performance. The role requires full flexibility to work at any DACH location listed by the employer, including Schwalbach, Crailsheim, Kronberg, Worms, Euskirchen, Groß Gerau, Walldürn, Berlin, Marktheidenfeld, and Spittal a.d. Drau. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving ability is essential, along with ambition to lead and a genuine interest in finance.
You should be comfortable collaborating with different teams and bringing creativity, initiative, and innovation into your work. The employer also expects sound judgment in complex decision-making, combining available data with intuition when needed. Fluency in both German and English at a minimum C1 level is required. Previous short work experience, internships, or study abroad experience will be considered an advantage.
Compensation and benefits
The position offers an annual starting salary of €67,500, along with yearly performance-based pay reviews and an annual bonus beginning in the first year. A permanent employment contract is included in a market that is considered crisis-resistant.
