Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Administrator to manage the operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient scheduling, maintenance, cost monitoring, and regulatory compliance related to company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive records of all company vehicles and organize driver schedules and dispatches.
- Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, including servicing and repairs to ensure fleet reliability.
- Manage all documentation related to driving licenses and vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Track and analyze vehicle-related expenses such as fuel consumption, tolls, repairs, and maintenance costs.
- Communicate and work closely with insurance providers and vehicle repair service vendors.
- Authenticate all vehicle documentation and guarantee adherence to Kenyan traffic laws and regulations.
- Support initiatives aimed at controlling costs while safeguarding company assets.
Candidate Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan government procedures, traffic regulations, and driving license protocols.
- Ability to verify the legitimacy of vehicle documents.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications with a capability to keep accurate, organized vehicle records.
- Strong skills in cost management, organization, and coordination of fleet activities.
- Previous experience in fleet or vehicle management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities with a careful, detail-oriented, and responsible work ethic.

This position is based onsite in Nairobi, Kenya, and relates to transportation, logistics, and vehicle fleet management within diverse industries such as hospitality and travel.
