Role Overview

We seek a dedicated and personable Food Server to be part of our restaurant team, supporting our mission to provide hospitable and memorable dining moments. The successful candidate will ensure professional and attentive table service consistent with our authentic Lebanese hospitality.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Deliver courteous, personalized table service to guests with efficiency and professionalism.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and be capable of making menu recommendations and upselling confidently.
• Adhere strictly to standardized service steps, table arrangements, and presentation protocols while maintaining service quality and consistency.
• Understand and comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
• Manage multiple tables effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dining setting and process orders accurately using POS systems.
• Show strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail orientation, resilience under pressure, and contribute positively within a team environment.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a server in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality groups.
• Completion of high school education or an equivalent qualification; additional hospitality or food and beverage training is advantageous.
