Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Foreman to join our team in the Munster region. You will oversee and ensure top-quality concrete works on site, conforming to all regulatory and project-specific requirements. Collaborating closely with site staff, you will drive project delivery at the highest standards. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage all general concrete tasks on site and maintain alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to uphold a secure and compliant working environment.
• Organize, coordinate, and report on subcontractor performance effectively.
• Monitor construction schedules and provide timely progress updates.
• Provide clear guidance and motivate team members.
• Operate effectively as a contributing team member.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven extensive experience in similar foreman roles within construction.
• Competence managing teams and sizable groups of contractors.
• Capability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
