Role overview
This permanent full-time onsite position in Listowel, County Kerry sits within the Food Safety and Quality function and supports QHSE systems and related processes across the site. Reporting to the Food Safety and Quality Manager, the role focuses on keeping quality records accurate, maintaining system data, contributing to KPI and reporting activities, and assisting with internal audits and compliance work. It suits someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well with a range of stakeholders, and can juggle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Keep relevant records and files up to date and accurate.
- Prepare regular reports, KPI summaries, and statistical information.
- Handle communication with external contacts and customers where needed.
- Manage Salesforce requests and approvals.
- Maintain the QHSE Intelex platform and act as the site superuser.
- Update procedures and SOPs across the relevant systems.
- Take part in internal audit activities.
- Coordinate laundry and locker arrangements for the medium care area.
- Carry out routine QA-related tasks such as swabbing, metal checks, and audit preparation.
- Support additional administrative tasks as required.
What you need to succeed

- A third-level qualification in a science-related subject is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.

- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and requirements.
