About the Role

The team is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a strong focus on pitch deck presentation design. This is a full-time remote position for someone who can turn strategic ideas into clear, persuasive, and visually refined decks. The role involves partnering closely with stakeholders, shaping content for clarity, and building presentation materials that look polished and communicate the intended message effectively. The work spans live presentations and PDF decks, along with infographics and data visuals that strengthen the narrative. The position is remote, with working hours aligned to West Coast US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Create refined, presentation-ready layouts for live decks and PDF materials.
• Work with stakeholders to improve structure, message flow, and overall visual impact.
• Convert strategic ideas into visual stories that connect with the audience.
• Design infographics, charts, and other visual elements that support the narrative.
• Maintain a contemporary, polished look that conveys credibility and ambition.
• Keep all materials consistent, easy to read, and technically sound across formats.
• Handle rapid revisions and deliver work within tight project timelines.
• Review decks carefully before delivery to check visual quality and technical accuracy.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma or comparable software.
• Strong grasp of persuasive presentation structure and storytelling principles.
• Ability to create infographics, data visualizations, and emotionally effective design elements.
• Skill in building professional layouts that are ready for client or executive presentation.
• Excellent visual storytelling ability with a clean, modern, sophisticated style.
• Comfort working under pressure and responding quickly to deadlines.
• Experience working with established brands and maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work full time and commit to high-quality output.
