About the Role

Located in the heart of Uluru, AAT Kings invites guests globally to explore the Red Centre. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the approachable and helpful presence that transforms a day tour booking into a memorable journey. This position involves connecting visitors with the perfect experiences, managing bookings, and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth tours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise, promote, and sell Day Tours and other AAT Kings offerings via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate daily coach dispatch, handle payment collections, and verify passengers against manifests.
  • Accurately manage bookings in the reservations system and perform related administrative tasks.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Day Tours and key third-party services.
  • Participate in promotional activities, sometimes beyond regular hours.
  • Collaborate with Operations, hotels, suppliers, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while aiming to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication with drivers and guides, adhering to dispatch protocols.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and motivated atmosphere within the day tours team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with office administration and computer skills is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the travel sector is highly valued.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
  • Positive, self-driven attitude that values teamwork.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
