About the Role
Reliance Jio is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This position requires managing the entire recruitment process, focusing on bulk hiring and campus recruitment to meet organizational staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead efforts to fulfill large-scale hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets.
- Organize and execute campus recruitment drives effectively.
- Identify and attract talent via job portals, social media channels, employee referrals, and other avenues.
- Evaluate candidate profiles, manage interview coordination, and maintain seamless communication.
- Develop and sustain an active talent pipeline to support organizational growth.
Essential Requirements
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in recruitment roles.
- Proven expertise in managing bulk hiring and campus placement processes.
- Excellent sourcing techniques coupled with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Capability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, target-focused work environment.
- Readiness to travel for campus recruitment and hiring initiatives.
