About the Role

Reliance Jio is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. This position requires managing the entire recruitment process, focusing on bulk hiring and campus recruitment to meet organizational staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead efforts to fulfill large-scale hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets.
• Organize and execute campus recruitment drives effectively.
• Identify and attract talent via job portals, social media channels, employee referrals, and other avenues.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, manage interview coordination, and maintain seamless communication.
• Develop and sustain an active talent pipeline to support organizational growth.

Essential Requirements

• Experience of 3 to 5 years in recruitment roles.
• Proven expertise in managing bulk hiring and campus placement processes.
• Excellent sourcing techniques coupled with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, target-focused work environment.
• Readiness to travel for campus recruitment and hiring initiatives.

Additional Information

Position is located strictly in Gwalior; only candidates residing in Gwalior need apply.

Role demands flexibility for travel related to recruitment events.

Compensation

Salary offered is up to 25000 INR per month.
