  • Work alongside a lean but highly interactive HR team with considerable engagement across senior leadership, operations, recruiting, and on-ground management.
  • Be part of a culture that prioritizes autonomy, problem-solving skills, and proactive leadership over micromanagement.
  • The organization is evolving through growth, integration, and operational shifts, offering a significant chance for HR to shape the employee and leadership experience.

Role Benefits

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to operational leaders overseeing a large workforce.
  • Engage in a high-impact position reporting to directors, managers, sales heads, operations, and senior HR leadership.
  • Support a dynamic enterprise in areas of employee relations, retention, recruitment, performance oversight, and workforce planning.
  • Benefit from a collaborative HR environment promoting peer support while maintaining ownership over your business unit.
  • Opportunity for career growth as the HR team expands and gains additional resources with business scaling.

Role Importance

  • Provide HR support to nearly 400 employees.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and sales leadership to coach managers, enhance employee engagement, and improve retention.
  • Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, compliance, staffing strategies, and organizational transformation.
  • Offer leadership in integrating newly acquired teams, focusing on manager coaching, recruitment methods, and workforce alignment.
  • This is an active, hands-on HR business partner position requiring direct engagement with employees and operational support.

Ideal Background

  • Minimum five years of advancing HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Experience managing large employee groups of 400+ across various levels and functions.
  • Prior collaboration with sales teams is advantageous.
  • Proven skills in employee relations, retirement strategies, performance management, and managerial coaching.
  • Able to work cooperatively with recruitment and operations for staff planning and organizational change management.
  • Background in industries such as transportation, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, startups, or other high-volume sectors is beneficial.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and independent HR professional capable of functioning with minimal supervision and adjusting quickly to business demands.
