Application Developer
Role Overview
This position focuses on designing, developing, and configuring software applications so they fit business workflows and operational needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teammates, translate requirements into practical solutions, and help drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in Java Full Stack Development.
- Work with team members to understand delivery requirements and execution plans.
- Take part in team-level decision-making and help guide technical choices.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and contribute to important project decisions.
- Identify issues and provide solutions for your team as well as other connected teams.
- Share knowledge with peers through collaborative sessions and discussions.
- Track project milestones and help ensure work is completed on schedule.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Solid understanding of modern web frameworks and related technologies.
- Experience working with databases, including optimization practices.
- Familiarity with source control tools such as Git.
