Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician with a strong service orientation to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality service delivery, enhancing equipment safety and performance, and maintaining effective customer communication. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, responding to service calls, and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction through service quality and consistent, clear on-site communication regarding service updates and job completion.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all work performed at the equipment level.
  • Ensure the safety and optimal performance of equipment.
  • Identify potential site risks and promptly report them to your supervisor, taking immediate action and following escalation procedures for high-risk situations.
  • Recognize and report potential unplanned service repair needs based on equipment condition.
  • Prioritize end-user and site safety by adhering to safe working practices and following all maintenance and safety instructions.
  • Execute planned maintenance, call-outs, and service repairs efficiently, meeting schedule, quality, and process standards.
  • Identify and escalate potential sales leads to your supervisor.
  • Maintain service tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe, good working order.

Requirements

  • Possession of an ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Basic IT skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital foundation skills is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance with a reputable elevator company is mandatory.
