This position is for a marketing professional who can scale creator-led content through paid social channels and improve return on ad spend. The work combines influencer marketing with performance media, requiring both campaign execution and analysis to grow reach, engagement, and business outcomes across European markets.
Team overview
The EU Creator Boosting group is part of the Social Marketing function within Prime and Marketing. The team promotes creator-produced content through paid placements on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest across key European countries including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. The environment is fast paced, highly data driven, and involves close collaboration with Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, and Paid Media teams.
Key responsibilities
- Select creator-made content that is suitable for campaign use from a broader content library.
- Set up and run social advertising campaigns across major channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms.
- Track and share detailed performance results using established measurement methods.
- Adjust ad bidding to make the best use of budget allocation.
- Share insights with creators so future content can be improved based on top-performing examples.
Qualifications
Candidates should already have professional marketing experience outside of internships. The role also calls for strong ability to study data and apply best practices to understand what drives performance. Hands-on experience with Excel or Tableau, including tasks such as data handling, macros, charts, and pivot tables, is expected.
Preferred background
Additional value is given to people who have worked in project or production management for a major brand or entertainment company. Experience in e-commerce, startups, advertising, or commercial environments is also desirable, along with exposure to data visualization tools.
