Job description

Role Overview

As a Media Manager at Lion, you will spearhead media, cultural, and growth initiatives for a portfolio of iconic brands. You will be responsible for shaping media strategies encompassing social and influencer activities across dynamic consumer channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual media planning and devise channel strategies for multiple well-known brands.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers to craft impactful campaigns and communication plans.
  • Oversee relationships with media agencies and platforms to optimize media performance.
  • Manage media investments ensuring effectiveness and delivery that strengthen brand and business results.
  • Keep pace with cultural trends, audience behavior, and emerging insights to inform brand planning.
  • Drive innovation in social media and influencer engagement as part of broader communication strategies.
  • Lead and mentor two Digital Experience Managers, fostering team development.
  • Promote continuous innovation and experimentation within media and communications approaches.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in media agencies or comparable settings.
  • Strong expertise in media planning, channel strategy, and evaluating media effectiveness.
  • Proven ability managing agency partnerships and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of social media landscapes, creator ecosystems, and changing consumer patterns.
  • Commercial acumen with experience overseeing substantial media budgets.
  • Capable of balancing strategic insights with operational execution.
  • Track record of leadership and collaborative teamwork across departments.
