Role Overview
As a Media Planner, you will own media planning and execution across digital channels, advise clients on mobile media strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate closely with internal specialists and external partners to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present end-to-end media plans, including channel mix, campaign approach, and digital-first tactics aligned to business KPIs.
- Handle the full campaign journey from initial brief and planning through technical setup, live execution, and performance reporting.
- Run campaigns across social and search platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads, with the ability to set up and optimize campaigns independently when needed.
- Advise clients on mobile media strategy and act as a trusted consultant while shaping effective campaign proposals.
- Take responsibility for media budgets and ensure spend is allocated efficiently to maximize media performance.
- Work with internal teams such as Programmatic, Reporting, Partnerships, and Strategy to deliver successful campaign outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with ad networks and publishers, negotiate rates, and oversee the daily management of third-party technology and measurement partners.
- Support and lead junior team members, helping maintain strong delivery standards and encouraging professional development.
- Create, maintain, and update reports and dashboards, using performance insights to recommend strategic pivots and improvements.
- Stay current on paid media best practices, platform offerings, market competition, and emerging opportunities.
- Keep documentation accurate, well-organized, and easy to access.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a media agency or advertising role.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, along with solid interpersonal abilities.
- Prior exposure to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer is preferred.
- Ability to build productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage several projects at once.
- Comfort with analyzing results, spotting deviations from targets, and explaining performance changes.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work to demanding deadlines.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly changing industry.
- A curious mindset with a genuine interest in learning and contributing beyond the immediate role.
- Entrepreneurial approach and self-driven attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
