Compensation and Work Schedule
- Potential on-target earnings reaching up to £45,410 annually
- Base salary ranges between £35,000 and £38,710 per year
- Uncapped monthly bonus plan averaging an extra £6,700 annually
- Work schedule consists of five days per week

Skills and Experience Requirements
- Possession of a current MOT Testing Licence (alternative roles for Mechanics and Technicians are available)
- Full driving licence with a maximum of nine penalty points
- Ability to work cooperatively within a helpful team environment, ready to assist in light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOT tests
