Role Overview

We are seeking qualified MOT Testers to join Halfords, the UK's largest automotive service, maintenance, and repair group. This opportunity offers competitive earnings, including a base salary and an uncapped bonus scheme, plus excellent career development and employee benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

• Potential earnings up to £45,410 annually
• Base salary ranging from £35,000 to £38,710

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MOT tests on vehicles in accordance with regulatory standards
• Assist the workshop team with light vehicle maintenance duties when not engaged in MOT testing
• Maintain high-quality service and adherence to safety protocols

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A current MOT Testing Licence
• A valid full driving license with no more than nine penalty points
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
