Role overview
We are looking for an energetic and committed Personal Trainer to join the team in Kochi. The role focuses on creating tailored fitness plans, offering hands-on coaching, and supporting clients as they work toward their health and performance goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver training plans that are customized to each client’s objectives, fitness level, and preferences.
- Provide focused one-on-one coaching, including exercise demonstration, corrective feedback, and guidance during sessions.
- Evaluate clients at the start of the program, define practical targets, and map out a clear path to help them reach those targets.
- Monitor progress regularly, share feedback, and revise workout plans when needed to keep results on track.
- Support growth of the personal training offering by attracting new clients and encouraging repeat engagement from existing clients.
Candidate profile
- Background in athletics or sports is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of weight training and functional training is expected.
- Interest or experience in calisthenics and CrossFit is strongly valued.
- Strong personal presentation, fitness, and grooming standards are important.
- A genuine enthusiasm for fitness and healthy living is required.
- Should be highly customer-focused and client-oriented.
- High energy, a willingness to learn, and the ability to grow with the role are essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are needed.
