About the Role
This opportunity is open to experienced printers, recent trade graduates, and individuals looking to build a career in the printing sector. Interest is being sought for future roles across different label printing disciplines.

- Flexographic printing
- Offset printing
- Digital printing

- High-embellishment label production
Apprenticeship opportunities may also be available.
Key Duties
- Run printing equipment to complete customer orders while meeting service expectations, deadlines, and production targets.
- Carry out machine upkeep with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Inspect machine parts and raise maintenance issues when needed.
- Follow quality control procedures and keep accurate quality assurance records.
- Support and coordinate tasks assigned to assistant printers, including training responsibilities.
What the Role Calls For
The company is looking for detail-focused people who care about producing high-quality work and can perform well in a busy, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates may bring the following:
- A trade qualification such as Certificate III in Print or an equivalent qualification.
- Hands-on experience with multiple printing technologies.
- Experience in high-embellishment labels, which is helpful but not mandatory.
- Background in printing or manufacturing, which would be an added advantage.
- Strong quality-control habits and close attention to detail.
- Ability to handle manual tasks safely and effectively.
- Legal right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
