Cynosure Architecture is a boutique studio dedicated to delivering meticulously crafted, high-performance residential buildings. Though a young firm, we are rapidly expanding with a diverse portfolio spanning bespoke homes, Certified Passive House projects, coastal properties, significant renovations, and rural estates across Perth and the South West.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Registered Architect or an advanced Graduate Architect nearing registration to join our dynamic team part-time, initially three days per week, with the possibility of expanding hours as our practice grows. The position is based in our Perth office, emphasizing direct collaboration with our Director and teammates, with occasional travel for client meetings, site visits, and coordination with consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects progressing from Design Development to Construction phases.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Engage with clients through meetings and ongoing communication.
• Lead technical documentation efforts using Revit software.
• Develop detailed technical problem-solving solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and provide construction support.
• Collaborate closely with our Graduate Architect to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Candidate Profile

• Registered Architect in Western Australia or eligible for registration.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, with strong technical documentation capabilities.
• Confident in communicating with clients, consultants, and builders.
• A genuine passion for residential architecture and precision in detailing.
• An interest in high-performance building practices; experience with Passive House is a plus but not mandatory.
