Role Summary
This temporary on-site assignment in Riyadh is for a school-focused project lasting two months. The role involves greeting visitors, helping with registration, gathering basic details, and guiding people to the correct area in a courteous and efficient way.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and support visitors, students, and parents in a courteous, approachable manner.
- Complete visitor registration and capture the needed information accurately.
- Check basic details and make sure records remain complete and current.
- Direct people clearly to the relevant department, classroom, or assigned location.
- Answer questions and offer general assistance in Arabic and English.
- Help create a smooth, positive visitor experience while representing the company professionally.
- Work with internal teams to keep registration and visitor movement running efficiently.
- Follow company procedures, policies, and confidentiality rules at all times.
Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Must communicate fluently in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and clear communication skills are essential.
- A professional presence and a positive, service-oriented attitude are required.
- High attention to detail and good organizational habits are important.
- Should be comfortable handling a busy environment and engaging with varied groups of people.
- Experience in customer service, front-desk work, registration, hospitality, or administrative support is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Additional Information
This is a fixed-term temporary contract for 2 months and is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
