About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to enhance and manage sales activities within designated regions. The role requires overseeing daily sales functions efficiently, keeping detailed records, and generating useful insights for managerial decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily sales operations and coordinate activities of field sales teams.
  • Aggregate sales objectives, track performance metrics, and determine product demand.
  • Keep updated records of sales data, pricing details, contracts, and promotional plans.
  • Compile comprehensive sales reports and dashboards weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Create professional presentation materials for executive meetings and business analyses.
  • Examine market information, distributor feedback, and product-level trends to inform strategies.
  • Serve as liaison between distributors and internal departments for order processing, inventory management, delivery scheduling, and returns.
  • Assist with trade marketing initiatives and point-of-sale material deployments.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field.
  • Between 1 to 2 years of experience in supporting or coordinating sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficient in English communication.
