Role overview

This position focuses on expanding revenue in the gifting sector by winning and growing B2B and corporate accounts. The role calls for building new business, handling important client relationships, coordinating with external vendors, and making sure every order is completed on time, profitably, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run sales approaches that help meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Bring in business from corporate customers, channel partners, institutions, and bulk purchasing clients.
  • Own the complete sales process from lead generation and presentations to quotations, negotiations, and final closure.
  • Work closely with sourcing, production vendors, and operations teams so deliveries are completed within committed timelines.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and repeat buyers.
  • Monitor market movements, competitor activity, and pricing patterns to support sales decisions.
  • Prepare revenue projections, MIS updates, and pipeline reports for management review.
  • Protect profitability by keeping an eye on margins, costing, and vendor negotiations.
  • Resolve customer concerns linked to expectations, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Guide and supervise the sales team where applicable.

Performance focus

  • Meet target sales through both new and existing customers.
  • Grow corporate and bulk order value.
  • Build durable relationships with corporate clients and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain a strong sales funnel and improve conversion efficiency.
  • Ensure vendor coordination supports quality, timelines, and cost control.
