Role Overview

Nykaa is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the customer fulfillment, delivery experience, and post-order journey for one of its business lines. This position carries significant ownership and focuses on shaping and scaling the customer experience after purchase, including delivery commitments, order coordination, tracking, returns, exchanges, and support-related workflows.

You will collaborate closely with teams across business, operations, engineering, supply chain, customer experience, and data science to build a strong commerce experience from the ground up.

Core Ownership Areas

Commerce and marketplace systems: You will manage the key commerce layers that support the business, such as catalog operations, seller and vendor workflows, marketplace processes, order management, fulfillment operations, logistics integrations, and internal tooling.

Customer and fulfillment journey: You will own the full post-purchase journey, from order placement through delivery and after-delivery interactions. This includes building scalable capabilities for estimated delivery dates, speed-led propositions, shipment tracking, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, customer communication, self-service flows, and support enablement.

Product strategy and delivery: As the product lead for an important business vertical, you will define strategy, shape the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, write product requirements, drive execution, and oversee launches.

Experience and Background

The role calls for over 5 years of product management experience, preferably in customer-facing products within e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, quick commerce, retail technology, or supply chain environments.

Experience across four or more of the following areas is preferred: catalog and seller management, fulfillment and logistics platforms, order management systems, marketplace products, delivery promise systems, customer service platforms, returns and reverse logistics, quick commerce or hyperlocal fulfillment, and omnichannel commerce.

Skills and Working Style

You should bring strong product judgment, a structured execution mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to build solutions from first principles. The role also requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and experience working with multiple cross-functional teams.
