The Project
Mace is supporting project delivery as one of the partner organisations and is seeking experienced, high-calibre professionals to guide integrated teams across every stage of the assignment.
Role Summary
This position calls for a seasoned risk leader to strengthen project risk management practices, support delivery teams, and ensure risks are actively identified, tracked, and reduced throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a safety-led culture, use stop-work authority when needed, and encourage wellbeing standards across the team.
- Show leadership in line with company values, while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
- Build, refine, and maintain risk frameworks, registers, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
- Run risk workshops, reviews, and assessments to uncover, assess, and control project risks.
- Work closely with project teams to embed risk controls into schedules, plans, and budgets.
- Maintain accurate risk information, follow recognised best practice, and keep watch on changes in the risk landscape.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in risk management, engineering, or project management.
- Professional chartered status or another recognised certification is preferred.
- At least 10 years of risk leadership experience on large-scale projects, with KSA or Middle East experience preferred.
- Strong capability with risk tools, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
