Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Service Crew members to join our team full-time at Aptiv8 Pte Ltd in Singapore. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic food and beverage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers warmly and professionally.
- Accurately take customer orders and serve prepared food and drinks.
- Manage cashier duties and process payments efficiently.
- Ensure the dining area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with table arrangements, including setting and clearing.
- Contribute to smooth daily restaurant operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication abilities.
- Capability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
- Responsible, diligent, and cooperative team member.
- Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Possession of a recognized food hygiene certification is mandatory.
- Salary will be discussed based on candidate's experience level.
