Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Service Crew members to join our team full-time at Aptiv8 Pte Ltd in Singapore. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers warmly and professionally.
• Accurately take customer orders and serve prepared food and drinks.
• Manage cashier duties and process payments efficiently.
• Ensure the dining area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist with table arrangements, including setting and clearing.
• Contribute to smooth daily restaurant operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication abilities.
• Capability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Responsible, diligent, and cooperative team member.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of a recognized food hygiene certification is mandatory.
• Salary will be discussed based on candidate's experience level.
