Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment life cycle across various departments from job briefing to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.

- Coach hiring managers to improve interview discipline, data-driven evaluations, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Write clear, consistent job descriptions and design recruitment campaigns aligned with company branding.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment funnel metrics to improve conversion rates and decrease time-to-hire.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience characterized by responsiveness, transparency, and personal engagement.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to ensure efficient workflows and reliable data.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion at every hiring stage, from outreach to candidate assessment.
- Continuously elevate recruitment quality by challenging biases and complacency.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum five years of in-house recruitment experience, preferably in dynamic, high-growth organizations.
- Proven ability to recruit successfully across diverse functions including Strategy, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and People team roles.
- Exceptional sourcing skills familiar with Boolean search, open web sourcing, market mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience filling senior-level, niche, and confidential vacancies with innovative and thorough approaches.
- Strong commitment to structured hiring, behavioral interviews, and scorecard-based decisions.
- Ability to act as a strategic business partner, effectively challenging and guiding hiring choices.
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, credible with executives and trusted by candidates.
- Technical proficiency in managing ATS, HRIS, and data analysis tools.
- Passionate about enhancing candidate experience, employer brand, and recruitment standards.
Benefits
- Competitive remuneration.
- 25 days annual leave plus all public holidays.
- Private health insurance coverage.
- Extended sick pay and parental leave benefits.
- Cycle to work scheme program.
