Role Overview

Digitide Solutions Limited is hiring a Tele Caller for its Collections / Telecollection function in Chennai. This position is focused on outbound customer follow-ups for payment recovery, with an emphasis on maintaining professionalism, safeguarding customer data, and delivering a positive customer experience while supporting collection goals.

What You Will Do

  • Place outbound calls to customers for collection-related follow-up.
  • Interact with customers in a calm, polite, and professional manner throughout every conversation.
  • Use banking applications and CRM tools to record customer details and track interactions.
  • Keep customer payment records accurate and updated in a timely way.
  • Address payment-related questions and provide clear information when needed.
  • Work with the wider team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection objectives.
  • Spot potential payment concerns or disputes and route them to the appropriate team.
  • Follow company rules on confidentiality and data protection at all times.
  • Keep yourself informed about current practices and trends in collections and customer service.

Experience & Requirements

  • At least 6 to 12 months of outbound collections customer service experience in Banking or BFSI.
  • Ability to manage challenging conversations while staying composed and professional.
  • Practical familiarity with banking software, CRM systems, and online banking platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the flexibility to handle different customer situations.
  • Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
