About the Opportunity
This role is crucial for developing and maintaining essential product resources and training materials. The Training and Development Lead will be instrumental in improving the onboarding process for new hires, supporting successful product launches, and equipping internal teams with the most current learning tools. A key aspect of this position is ensuring that training strategies are effectively aligned with the organization's objectives and contribute to the overall enhancement of customer-facing and internal educational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive new hire training programs tailored to specific job functions.
- Establish and manage role-specific training pathways to foster continuous employee development.
- Regularly update and refine existing training materials and internal knowledge bases to accurately reflect current products and evolving industry standards.
- Develop and expand client-facing training modules to boost product adoption and user engagement.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance Help Center documentation, optimizing AI search capabilities for improved user experience.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a closely related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design, corporate training, or documentation management, preferably within the health tech, clinical research, or SaaS industries.
- Proficiency in utilizing content management systems, Confluence, and other knowledge-sharing platforms.
- Solid project management capabilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating seamless collaboration across various departments.
- Prior experience with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and LMS Administration is highly preferred; familiarity with WordPress is beneficial.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for instructional design and streamlining documentation workflows.
- A foundational understanding of clinical research workflows and relevant regulatory requirements is advantageous.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The offered salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
