Job description

Role overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented professionals to work as Customer Care Executives in a voice process environment. In this role, you will support customers over inbound calls, address queries, and help deliver a positive service experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions and provide clear resolutions.
  • Share accurate information about products and services.
  • Work toward high customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.

Requirements

  • At least 12th pass qualification is required.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience documented on paper.
  • Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

Additional information

  • This opportunity is open to immediate joiners only.
  • No leave is allowed for the next 90 days.
  • The candidate’s Aadhaar should be linked to the contact number.
  • Work schedule includes rotational shifts.
  • Duty hours are 9 hours within the 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM shift window.
  • The work week consists of 6 days with 1 rotational weekly off.
  • Compensation is listed as 21,000 to 22,000 CTC, with approximately 17,000 to 18,000 in-hand.
