Overview

Golden Mile Enterprises, Inc. seeks a proactive Account Manager/Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily dispatch activities and coordinate closely with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

Track loads and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Coordinate with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth transport operations
Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently
Handle customer accounts with attention to detail
Monitor pickups, deliveries, and trailer pool statuses
Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations to ensure seamless workflow

Required Skills and Tools

Familiarity with PCS, Samsara, and EDI systems
Strong communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
Experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or account management/customer service roles preferred
