Overview
Golden Mile Enterprises, Inc. seeks a proactive Account Manager/Dispatch Coordinator to oversee daily dispatch activities and coordinate closely with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Track loads and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth transport operations
- Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently
- Handle customer accounts with attention to detail
- Monitor pickups, deliveries, and trailer pool statuses
- Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations to ensure seamless workflow
Required Skills and Tools
- Familiarity with PCS, Samsara, and EDI systems
- Strong communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or account management/customer service roles preferred
