Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive proficient in English and Kannada for chat-based assistance. This role involves engaging with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide relevant information efficiently.

Primary Duties

Address customer questions promptly and professionally through chat platforms.
Offer precise details about products, services, and organizational policies.
Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues when required.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by delivering quality service consistently.
Document customer interactions and update necessary information within internal systems.

Qualification and Skills

Proficient written communication abilities in both English and Kannada.
Basic computer literacy including typing competence.
Educational credentials must be at least PUC/12th grade pass, Diploma, or Graduate.
