Job Overview

Drish Venture Private Limited is looking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive responsible for managing various online marketplace functions. The role involves handling product uploads, inventory management, order fulfillment, and providing customer service to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee product catalog management, including pricing and stock updates.
Handle order processing and monitor returns efficiently.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Track sales trends and compile performance reports.
Enhance product listings for improved search visibility.
Address customer inquiries and assist with digital promotions.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or allied disciplines.
1 to 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce or managing online marketplaces.
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Proficient in using Excel and possess excellent communication skills.
