Job Overview
Drish Venture Private Limited is looking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive responsible for managing various online marketplace functions. The role involves handling product uploads, inventory management, order fulfillment, and providing customer service to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product catalog management, including pricing and stock updates.
- Handle order processing and monitor returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track sales trends and compile performance reports.
- Enhance product listings for improved search visibility.
- Address customer inquiries and assist with digital promotions.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or allied disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce or managing online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Proficient in using Excel and possess excellent communication skills.
