Role Overview

Take charge of the construction execution within a designated project zone, ensuring activities follow project schedules and specifications precisely. Oversee daily operations by coordinating closely with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain seamless workflow.

Key Duties

Collaborate with planning and procurement departments to secure timely availability of work fronts and materials.
Analyze construction drawings and specifications, addressing technical challenges through liaison with design and quality assurance teams.
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety and environmental (HSE) standards, conduct regular safety briefings, and aim for zero incident outcomes on site.
Generate and evaluate daily and weekly progress reports, reporting anomalies or challenges promptly to the Construction Manager.
Oversee productivity, cost efficiency, and resource management for the assigned construction area.
Assist in strategizing project activities such as shutdowns, heavy lifts, and significant construction milestones.
Ensure all operations comply with established quality standards, inspection protocols, and documentation practices.
Mentor junior site engineers and foremen, fostering a collaborative, motivated, and high-achieving team environment.
