Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with a background in finance, accounting, or economics and 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or project finance specifically within the contracting or construction sectors.

Responsibilities

Evaluate financial performance and develop budgets and forecasts
Track and monitor project costs closely
Support preparation of financial reports
Assist management in making informed financial decisions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or project finance within contracting or construction industries
Familiarity with contracting operations including project costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control processes
Strong expertise in financial analysis and attention to detail
Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in contracting or construction companies
Understanding of project accounting principles
Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Power BI software
