Overview

This role involves providing dedicated onsite IT infrastructure assistance at a local winery located in the Greater San Diego area. The specialist will handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and upkeep of various networking equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver onsite support for all IT infrastructure components.
Install, configure, and maintain networking devices such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Support and manage the structured cabling and network setup.
Install, configure, and maintain security camera systems, with emphasis on Ubiquiti UniFi Protect.
Oversee Ubiquiti UniFi environments, including managing the UniFi Dream Machine Pro.
Address infrastructure issues promptly to reduce downtime.
Act as the primary onsite IT contact for all infrastructure-related needs.
Work independently and engage effectively with winery staff.
Ensure consistent onsite presence as a local resource.

Additional Information

Position is part-time with a long-term contract, estimated 50 to 100 hours per month.
Immediate start is anticipated.
