Maintenance Associate

About the Role

IQVIA’s Global Site Activation Team, comprising 2000 members worldwide, is dedicated to enhancing patient health by ensuring effective and safe medication access during clinical trials. As part of this innovative and collaborative global network, the Country Site Activation team activates clinical sites to the highest quality standards.

In the role of Maintenance Associate, you will significantly contribute to the successful delivery of clinical studies during their maintenance phase. Collaborating closely with Maintenance Leads and Clinical Trial & Relationship Managers, you will ensure that all maintenance and regulatory tasks are performed efficiently and within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up, updating, and maintaining internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with study-specific information.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee maintenance and regulatory activities comply with schedules, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Utilize and interpret study dashboards to analyze data, monitor metrics, and maintain compliance tracking.
• Identify risks, issues, and trends through data analysis proactively, and escalate concerns appropriately.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Have at least three years of relevant professional experience, preferably within healthcare or an allied sector.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in English communication.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities to foster effective relationships with coworkers, management, and sponsors.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to work across different time zones, cultures, and geographical regions.
