Job Overview
Join Charles & Keith Group as a PR & Marketing Admin Associate based in Singapore, supporting the department with vital administrative and coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of packaging materials and branded physical assets, managing comprehensive communication with vendors and internal teams, including handling quotations, samples, order consolidation, and delivery logistics.
- Coordinate seasonal sample requests from international PR & Marketing teams and collaborate closely with the manufacturing division to fulfill these orders.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as monthly budget consolidation, claims processing, purchase orders, and invoice management for the larger division.
- Oversee management of the department's sample inventory alongside assisting warehouse and logistics teams to ensure compliance with destination-specific customs and regulatory requirements for product shipments.
- Arrange shipments and coordinate with both local and global courier services.
- Execute various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: GCE 'N' or 'O' level or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions is a plus.
- Strong coordination skills to liaise effectively across departments and manage timelines efficiently.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative team approach.
