- Create and manage advanced analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks utilizing Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python to enable real-time monitoring of production control metrics.
- Work closely with departments such as Production, Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Production Planning to align process improvements with overall business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or comparable practical experience.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities, coupled with high emotional intelligence, self-direction, and a servant leadership approach.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and capability to understand new processes and systems efficiently.
- Proven success record of implementing impactful process improvements in high-volume manufacturing settings.
- Experience with industrial cost control, financial reporting, and analysis in production contexts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Visio.
