  • Support coaching and development of the site team to improve competence and provide performance feedback through reviews.
  • Handle formal correspondence with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and actively participate in relevant meetings.
  • Foster communication with colleagues to enhance understanding of company operations and activities.
  • Uphold quality, safety, and environmental standards by adhering to project plans and company policies, proactively identifying improvements, managing sample submissions, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Report and initiate resolutions for issues, hazards, or incidents related to project works or contractor activities promptly.
  • Use and maintain personal protective equipment correctly to ensure safety for self and others.
