DesiVidesi is a rapidly expanding premium Indo-Western women's fashion brand committed to delivering exceptional style and quality. We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Manager to manage the daily activities of both our retail outlet and online platform based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Manage retail sales operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
Oversee online order processing and provide customer support.
Handle store operational tasks efficiently.
Supervise inventory management and stock handling.
Coordinate and lead the team effectively to meet business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory prior experience in retail sales, preferably 3 to 5 years.
Experience in the fashion or apparel sector is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is considered an additional advantage.
