DesiVidesi is a rapidly expanding premium Indo-Western women's fashion brand committed to delivering exceptional style and quality. We are currently seeking a skilled Operations Manager to manage the daily activities of both our retail outlet and online platform based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Oversee online order processing and provide customer support.
- Handle store operational tasks efficiently.
- Supervise inventory management and stock handling.
- Coordinate and lead the team effectively to meet business goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Mandatory prior experience in retail sales, preferably 3 to 5 years.
- Experience in the fashion or apparel sector is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is considered an additional advantage.
