About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Operations professional to join our well-established food company as a Supply Chain Assistant. This role involves managing the complete supply chain operations to ensure efficient flow and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels for both finished products and raw materials.
Maintain up-to-date records in stock management systems.
Serve as the primary contact for warehouses and third-party logistics providers.
Schedule production of finished goods and coordinate logistics for timely, cost-effective delivery.
Place orders with suppliers and external manufacturers.
Prepare month-end stock level reports and coordinate with the finance department.
Update and communicate demand forecasts in collaboration with the Sales team.
Oversee direct-to-consumer sales portals and manage inventory replenishment.
Act as a liaison between operations and customer service teams.
Provide management with regular KPI reporting.
